Refund of welfare points for retirees
If you worked at Hyundai Motor Company and retired, you cannot use Hyundai Motor Company welfare points. You can apply for a refund for the remaining welfare points. For retirees in 2021, welfare points can be refunded within 5 years from the date of retirement. The inquiry number is 1577-6000 at the Hyundai Card Call Center.
You can also apply for a refund of the base payment within 5 years from the date of retirement. The inquiry number is 080-003-0000 for the Hyundai Livart Call Center. For retirees after 2022, welfare points can be refunded within 5 years from the date of retirement. The inquiry number is 02-6900-7409 for the Hyundai Easywell Call Center.
