카카오택시 분실물 찾는법Let’s learn how to find lost items in Kakao Taxi. These days, there are many cases of calling a taxi using the Kakao T app. I think it’s good because the payment is made non-face-to-face, so there is definitely less need to give a card and receive a receipt. One additional advantage of using Kakao Taxi is that finding lost items has become easier. Let’s check how to find Kakao Taxi lost items.

Since using the automatic payment system, one of Kakao Taxi’s functions, I thought that it would be difficult to find lost items later because I did not receive a receipt, but Kakao T App provides a receipt function through the usage history menu to solve this problem. So, there are 3 ways to find lost items in Kakao Taxi.
If it is within 3 days after getting off the taxi and making payment, you can contact the taxi driver to confirm.
1. Launch the Kakao Taxi T app.
2. Go to the [My Information] menu at the bottom.
3. Select the Usage History menu.
4. After selecting [Taxi] at the top right of the usage record, check the recent usage record. Departure, arrival, operating time, driver name, and taxi number are checked in the usage record. Please note that the phone number is displayed only within 3 days and the phone number is not displayed after that.
If you do not know the phone number, you can contact the customer center.
1. Launch the Kakao T app on your mobile.
2. Move to the [My Information] menu at the bottom.
3. Select [Service Inquiry] under Customer Center.
4. Go to KakaoTalk and click [Start chatbot].
5. Click [Taxi/Black] on the service item you want to inquire about.
6. On the next screen, click [Select Usage History].
7. Select [Receive lost property]. After that, you can select the lost item in the detailed inquiry. By default, the cell phone and other belongings are items. If you click it, you can proceed with the lost item through Consulting Agent.
If you cannot connect to the Kakao T agent, you can check it yourself. Since the vehicle number is left in the usage record for one year, you can check the vehicle number and inquire through the lost and found center.
1. Go to the Lost and Found Center. You can search for “National Association of Taxi Transportation Business Associations” in search, or you can use a shortcut.
Go to: National Federation of Taxi Transportation Business Associations
2. After checking the contact information related to taxi lost items by region, you can call and deliver the taxi number and usage record to receive the taxi driver’s contact information or to check whether there is a lost item.
For private taxis, call the Private Taxi Association at 02-557-7351.
In addition, there is a public transportation lost and found center and a lost and found center of the National Police Agency as taxi lost and found centers, so please check if the three methods do not work.
Cell phones are the most frequently lost items in taxis, followed by bags and wallets. Everything is expensive, so if you think you’ve lost it, you can find it faster than you think if you take action right away.
