You can easily apply for and print a certificate online from home without visiting a public health institution. (Excluding some health institutions)
The public health portal (e-health center) can only view the details of public health care institutions (health centers, medical centers, etc.). (excluding private hospitals)
Tuberculosis and latent tuberculosis infection test results, tuberculosis diagnosis report (foreigners) precautions
Online issuance of health examination results (formerly health certificates) can only be viewed if the results are ‘normal’. For others, please visit the relevant public health center to obtain one.
Starting from 2021, it can only be printed if it is submitted with proof at the public health center’s complaint reception room.
If you apply for the tuberculosis project, you cannot use the certification document issuance service.
To protect personal medical information, identity verification using a simple certificate or joint certificate (formerly public certificate) is required when checking and issuing personal certificates. (The joint certificate is
GPKI cannot be used)
The personal information entered for identity verification and the joint certificate or mobile phone holder’s information must be the same person.
Vaccination certificate – To receive a joint certificate from a guardian, you must go through the guardian registration process at the public health center in advance.

Purpose of collection and use: Check the results of issuance of certification documents
Required collection items: Name
Retention period: Destroyed immediately after issuance of the certification document.
Users have the right to refuse consent to personal information collected by the “Certification Document Issuance Service”, and if consent is refused, the “Certification Document Issuance Service” cannot be used.
Please keep this in mind. The public health portal collects the minimum amount of personal information as above for the convenience of users. The personal information required to issue an online certification document is the information of the certified person.
As a standard, services are provided in connection with the local health and medical information system, and in order to process civil complaints, the information is stored for one year from the date of service use and then destroyed. For more information, please refer to the Public Health Portal Privacy Policy.

The “Public Health Portal” provides unique identification information (resident registration number, alien registration number) in accordance with Article 24 of the Enforcement Decree of the Local Health Act.

① The Minister of Health and Welfare (including persons performing the duties of the Minister of Health and Welfare pursuant to Article 30 (4) of the Act) to perform the following affairs:
In unavoidable cases, data containing resident registration number, passport number, or alien registration number pursuant to Article 19, Paragraph 1, 2, or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act may be processed.
② The head of a local health care institution (including a person entrusted with or acting on behalf of a local health care institution pursuant to Article 30 (2) of the Act) shall comply with Article 11 of the Act.
In cases where it is unavoidable to carry out affairs related to the work of public health centers, health-related information pursuant to Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and pursuant to Article 19, Paragraph 1, 2, or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act
Data containing resident registration numbers, passport numbers, or alien registration numbers can be processed.

(PC) On the screen called by clicking the Export Certificate button, click the ‘Export Joint Certificate’ button at the bottom.

(PC) After entering the certificate password, click the Next button and enter the 12-digit authentication number on the mobile phone authentication screen.

(Phone browser) Select Import at the bottom of the screen to copy the certificate to the mobile web.
