CU Convenience Store courier service is only available for boxed products. The total size of the packaging box (width, height, height) must be within 160cm, and the length of one side must be within 1m. We accept only items weighing less than 30 kg. In addition, glass bottles, meat, liquid cosmetics, carriers, cash, fishing rods, ID cards, contracts, expensive items (over 1 million won), and electronic products with poor packaging cannot be used by courier service.

CU convenience store domestic delivery service is available for as little as KRW 2,600. Freight rates vary depending on the weight of the item being sent, the destination, and whether or not C.O.D. is selected. For detailed pricing, please refer to the fee schedule below.

If you go to the CU convenience store, there is a postbox machine like the one above. First, select one of the non-member/member delivery service. Members have various discounts, but registering as a member is cumbersome, so I applied as a non-member. Then, if you have made a reservation online in advance, if you have not received your reservation, select on-site registration.

The price varies depending on the weight, so the next step is to measure the weight of the item to be sent and select the item to be sent. (Refer to the above for unavailable products)

Next, enter the item price of the product. Items between 500,000 won and 1 million won are subject to an additional charge of 2,000 won, and items exceeding 1 million won are not delivered. You just need to write the sender and recipient information (name, contact number, address) accurately.

The final freight rate is calculated according to the entered delivery area, product price, and product weight. If there is no error in the shipping information and final freight, click the OK button to print the waybill. Attach the waybill sticker on the left to the box to be sent. After completing the payment to the convenience store staff and putting it in the courier collection box, the reception is complete.
