In case of a theft, what is the compensation?

In case of business compensation, compensation will be provided if ADT Caps is at fault. We will pay within the limit of 10 million won for property/10 million won for adult.

In the event of a theft, we will compensate you up to KRW 10 million for theft damage and KRW 5 million for damage according to the Safe Plus service compensation standards. In addition, in the event of damage due to fire, we will compensate you up to 100 million won for door guard products (50 million won for you + 50 million won for your neighbor) and 200 million won for inner guard products (100 million won for you + 100 million won for your neighbor).

When requesting A/S, are travel expenses incurred?

There is no separate travel fee for A/S reception.

There is no limit to the number of times dispatched to an intrusion signal that occurs during security hours, and there is no dispatch fee. If dispatch is made at the customer’s request, a dispatch fee of 25,000 won (including VAT) will be charged.

How many IDs can I create when using the Caps Home App?
