Emergency Roadside Service

Customers using Tesla vehicles can use emergency roadside service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Towing service to a nearby service center when the vehicle cannot be driven

Towing service up to 80 km in case of a flat tire

If the vehicle or key fob malfunctions and cannot be unlocked, an emergency roadside service agent within 80 km will visit the site and manually unlock the vehicle by making a small hole between the vehicle frames.

In case of a dead battery, we support vehicle transportation for a fee.

EWI (Extended Warranty Insurance)

This is a service that provides additional warranty to the basic 4-year/80,000 km warranty period provided for Tesla vehicles. The following vehicles are not eligible for EWI.
