Child’s parents and custodians (including foster care parents)
After receiving the application and completing the investigation at the town/myeon/dong, the application and supporting documents are scanned, registered in the Happy e-Eum system, and sent to the city/county/district office.

We process changes to government support recipients for changes that occur after government support is decided.
○ Move out of the district for child care recipients
* It takes 1 day to process a suspension in the eup, myeon, or dong of the transfer area, and new registration is possible 1 day after the move-in report in the eup, myeon, or dong of the transfer area.
* If the transfer agency has not processed the suspension, the transfer agency can suspend it and apply for a new application.
○ Death, cancellation, overage, judgment of severe disability, etc. of child care recipients
○ If there is a change in the income activity or income amount of the household decided on government support
○ Government support decision: If a household wishes to give up using the service
※ If forgery or false reporting of supporting documents such as income determination, employment proof, reasons for support, etc. are discovered, government support funds will be recovered and service use will be restricted. Therefore, government-supported households must report to the town/myeon office or dong office if there is a reason for a gap in childcare or if there is a change in income. Please report it to the community center.

※ If there are two children, including a disabled person with a severe disability, support for a non-disabled child is available even if the child is not a dual income person. (Note that disabled children with a severe disability are not eligible for care.)
※ Even Korea University of Korea and Communications, which does not take classes on a regular basis, provides services for absences in childcare, such as attending classes.
※ Participation in programs and taking academy classes for employment preparation is limited to on-site attendance.
※ In addition to the reasons for recognition of a parenting gap above, if the fact that a parenting gap has occurred can be objectively proven, it can be recognized at the discretion of the local government representative.
※ In the case of multi-child families and multicultural families, if both parents do not have reasons for childcare gaps such as non-employment, they are excluded from the families eligible for government support.
