Baedal Minjok, one of Korea’s leading delivery applications, operates a system that allows users to leave reviews of restaurants they have used and allow other users to refer to them and place orders.
Recently, most restaurants are holding review events and offering additional drinks or food in exchange for a promise to review. However, more people than you might think participate in events without even knowing how to write a review. In this article, I will introduce how to write a review, the period, and how to delete it.
How to write a Baemin review
How to write a review on Baedal Minjok is really simple and not difficult.
When you run the Baemin app, there is a button called Order History at the bottom. If you click this, you can check the details of your orders so far, and there is a write review button at the bottom for each store.
Click Write a Review to write an honest review of the restaurant’s star rating and food. Additionally, if there is a menu you would like to personally recommend, you can leave an individual review of the selection and menu, and at the very bottom, you can also rate the delivery person.
Once you have completed writing a review, you can check the review you wrote in the review tab of the store. However, if you look at the review as soon as you write it, it may not be visible. This is a review being reviewed by Cleanbot, so you can see that the review is exposed after some time.
Please note that the deadline to leave a review for the store you used is within 3 days from the order date.
Leaving a review is of course your choice, but it is said that more store owners than you think are suffering because they promise to participate in the review event but do not actually leave a review, so if you promised to participate in the event, be sure to leave a review.
If you left a bad review a long time ago, but overall aspects such as taste or hygiene have recently improved, you can also delete the review yourself.
To delete a Baemin review, find your review in the review tab of the store and click the delete or edit button on the right. There is no set deadline for deletion, so it would be good to keep this in mind as well.
