Is there an installation fee?
‘System security service is provided by installing various detectors (sensors) and image information processing devices at the security target. Installation work will be performed by S1’s professional installation team, and the customer will bear the costs of installation.
Why do I have to pay a penalty if I cancel my contract early?
The monthly service fee you pay is determined by the price of the security device installed at the security location and the contract period. Accordingly, if the customer voluntarily terminates the contract within the period agreed upon with the company, the company charges a penalty taking into account the remaining contract period.
What happens if I cancel within the contract period?
If you wish to cancel within the contract period, please notify the company of your desired cancellation date in writing, by phone, etc. If you cancel within the contract period, penalties and other costs (discounted installation fee, unpaid service fee, etc.) may apply.
How long does it take to request dispatch?
S1’s dispatch vehicles do not stop in one place, but are constantly patrolling and responding to abnormalities to protect local customers, including customers’ businesses. Accordingly, when dispatch is requested, the time required for dispatch varies depending on the location of the vehicle.
