1. If you have accessed the National Tax Service Home Tax website, you must log in.
To log in, you must register as a member.
(Note: You must register as a business when signing up for membership.^^)
You must register as a member and register a public certificate at a public certification center.

If you have completed membership registration and public certificate registration
Please log in as a member (log in with your public certificate) as shown below.

Please note that the certificate used when issuing tax invoices is an electronic tax certificate.



2. When you log in, click the inquiry/issuance icon on the main screen.
When you click, the following window will appear.
Among them, click Issuance (electronic tax invoice).

3. When you click Issuance, various issuance methods will appear.
To issue one tax invoice, issue each tax invoice / To issue multiple tax invoices
When you want to amend the batch issued/issued items, you must submit a revised issuance.

4. Then, if you click on 1 case (issue by case), a screen will appear as shown below.
When registering as a member, the supplier will display the original information registered.
Please select ‘Tax Invoice’ or ‘Invoice (Tax Free)’ depending on whether tax is included.
And what is important here is the recipient.
The first thing that the recipient of the supply (subject to invoice issuance) must do is:
Enter the other party’s business registration number, and you must click “Confirm” after entering it.
There is no need to rewrite it again.

5. Enter the business registration number of the supplier and click OK.

Then, you must enter the asterisk (company/name).
You must also fill out your email address and send it to the other party by email.
An electronic invoice is issued.
(Number/Company/Name/E-mail address are required)
If you have completed filling out the blank space for the recipient,

(Since the tax amount is automatically calculated, you just need to enter the supply price and then click calculate^^)?


6. Once the description of the product for which the transaction took place has been completed
Click the Issue button at the bottom.
To issue, you must select one of the claims/receipt options in the upper right corner.
(Billing – When payment is not confirmed / Receipt – When payment is confirmed)
You can choose between billing and receipt depending on whether you received the money or not.

7. When you click Issue, it will go through the final authentication process.
One important fact here is that the public certificate that was first registered was

Please do this in advance when registering for public certification.^^
