Sometimes you need a copy of your bankbook.
The purpose of just checking my account can be issued directly from the Kabang mobile app, but
For submission, you must print it out from the PC version of Kakao Bank and use it.
I did it because I needed it this time, but I’m posting it in case it helps those who don’t know. ^^
When issued for personal identification
First, access the Kabang app.
Then, a copy of the bankbook is required
Click [Deposit/Withdrawal] at the top right → click [Management]
Then, there is [Passbook Copy] at the bottom.

If you click [Save], it will be saved to your mobile phone gallery.
The ‘kakaobank’ album was created and saved there.
But what do you need to be aware of at this time?
It cannot be used for submission purposes.
To use it for submission purposes, in the certificate issuance menu
You must print out the “Account Opening Confirmation”.
How to issue a copy of bankbook for submission
Please access the Kakao Bank app again.
Click the List (three lines) button in the top left corner.
Please go to [Customer Center].
If you look down, there is [Certificate Issuance].
click!!
Click [Deposit] → [Account Opening Confirmation] in order.
Select [Certificate Issuance] and decide the issuance method.
Account opening confirmation is issued free of charge.
If you receive it by mail, it will take about a week.
If it is issued to a PC, it can be issued immediately at the desired time.
So I chose to issue a PC.
Now, after choosing which account to issue…
Click [Apply] to complete!!
Now you need to access the Kakao Bank PC version.
Search for “Kakao Bank” in the Naver search box and enter it.
If you click [Customer Center] at the top…
[Certificate] → [My certificate issuance details].
press it down
You need to log in to the PC version.
If you click Login, you will be asked to enter a QR code or authentication number.
Then, quickly access the KABIN app again
Enter the list (three lines) and click [Settings].
Click [PC Login]
I logged in with the QR code.
If you press the 6-digit password you are using, you will be connected to the Kakao Bank PC version!!
It also sends text messages.
If it’s not you, you should call the customer center (1599-3333), right?
Now you can finish issuing the certificate on the PC.
At this point, there is an installer.
After manual installation, be sure to run [Test Print].
I don’t know how many times I did it again because I tried to print right away, but it didn’t print. ㅠ
(I don’t know if I can handle the computer well, so I can tell you here TT.TT)
After testing the printer, it works fine.
Click the [Print] button to print.^^
The output for submitting a copy of the Kakao Bank bankbook has been completed.
It sounds a little complicated when you read it in writing, but it’s not difficult when you actually do it.
After applying for a certificate issuance in the Kakao Bank app,
All you have to do is log in to the PC version and print out a copy of your bankbook.

A copy of the bankbook was free, but there is an issuance fee of KRW 1,000 for the transaction statement and the certificate of deposit balance.
