In order to issue a youth card, you must first have a smartphone in your name of the child you want to issue.
After installing the Toss app on your child’s smartphone, you can apply for issuance as soon as you get consent from your guardian.
1. Install the tos app on the smartphone of the child you want to issue.
2. Enter your mobile phone number, carrier, resident registration number, and name to authenticate your guardian.
3. After signing up for Toss, select Toss “Youth Card” from the card menu.
4. If you select a card, request authentication through the guardian Toss app.
5. Once you have completed authentication, go to the creation page on your child’s smartphone Toss app.
