Precautions when changing flight tickets
Ticket changes are only possible up to 7 days prior to departure date. If your departure date is close, changes may be difficult.
Ticket changes can only be made once. Once a ticket has been changed, it cannot be changed again.
Flight ticket changes are only possible on Trip.com. You should not contact the airline or travel agency directly.
Changes to flight tickets can only be made by the person who made the reservation. To change someone else’s ticket, the reservation holder’s consent is required.
Ticket changes do not include personal information (name, gender, passport number, etc.).
If you wish to change your personal information, please contact Trip.com Customer Center.

My flight reservation has already been canceled, but I haven’t received a refund yet.
If you have already requested a cancellation, please select the relevant flight ticket in All Reservations and check the cancellation status in the reservation details. It will appear as shown in the following picture.
Reservations are divided into major stages, from cancellation request to cancellation processing and review and refund.
Cancellation Request: Your cancellation has now been requested and is awaiting processing by Trip.com.
Cancellation Processing: Trip.com has confirmed your cancellation request and is reviewing our cancellation policy.
Refund processing: Trip.com has completed review of cancellation policy and refund is being reviewed and processed by airline.
Bank Refund: Refund method is at the airline’s final decision.

Member Reservation
You can check the status of all your reservations by clicking All Reservations. Alternatively, you can click on one of those reservations and check the reservation status in the top left corner of the reservation details.
Non-member reservation
Click Confirm Non-Member Reservation and follow the instructions on the page to confirm your reservation by entering the email address you used when making the reservation.
