How to restore KakaoTalk
Log in and authenticate with your Kakao Account
Check the backup date and OS and click Restore
Enter Password
If the password matches, restoration will proceed. It may take time depending on the size of the backup data, and usage fees may apply when using data other than Wi-Fi. Please note that the backup data restoration period is 14 days, and the backup data will be deleted 14 days after backup.
If you create a new Kakao Account, your existing account information will be initialized and cannot be restored.
