📍Eligible for support
– Age requirements: 19 to 39 years old, low-income independent youth
– Housing requirements: Homeless young adult households independent from parents
– Income and property requirements
· Youth household median income* 60% or less (total assets 107 million won or less)
· Original household (parents + youth) median income 100% or less (total assets 380 million won or less)
– Living in a house with a deposit of less than 50 million won and a monthly rent of less than 600,000 won
💡However, if the monthly rent exceeds 600,000 won, support is available for less than 700,000 won, including the converted monthly rent and monthly rent.
