hello. I am coach Yoon Hee-seon, and I manage people’s health through the jumping diet. The jumping diet is an exercise method that relieves stress and burns calories by jumping around on a trampoline to colorful lights and exciting music.

# It reminds me of my childhood memories and seems playful. What kind of diet is effective?
Jumping exercise is a medium-intensity exercise and is an aerobic exercise that can burn about 500 calories in 30 minutes. When you assume a basic posture, strength goes into the center of your body. Because you also do strength training on the trampoline, it helps strengthen fine muscles, and because you do aerobic and strength exercises to exciting music, it is very helpful in relieving stress.
# What is the biggest advantage of jumping exercise compared to other exercises such as fitness and PT (personal training)?
When you exercise, there are times when you actually put a strain on your body. For example, if you have a bad back or weak joints, running on the bare floor or walking a lot can make it worse. In that respect, jumping exercise absorbs shock, so you can exercise without putting strain on your body.
I think the biggest appeal is that it helps young students grow taller without putting any strain on their joints, so everyone of all ages can have fun and have fun doing it.^^
I have been following the jumping diet consistently for 4 months now. I think the great appeal of the jumping diet is that, unlike repetitive exercise, you can consume calories while having fun, and that you can do it with your family as it is an exercise that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
