워라밸일자리장려금 신청방법Enjoy work and life with work-life balance!
We support small and medium-sized business owners who allow full-time workers to reduce their working hours.
By supporting full-time workers to take advantage of reduced working hours when necessary (family care, personal health, retirement preparation, study, etc.), we meet various job demands and contribute to work-life harmony.
This applies to employers who have introduced a system to reduce working hours and allow reduced working hours depending on the needs of employees (family care, personal health, retirement preparation, studies, etc.)
Subsidies will not be paid after 6 months from the date of reduction in working hours.
Wage reduction compensation and incentives are provided to companies eligible for priority support and medium-sized companies.
※ In the case of pregnant workers, support of up to 400,000 won is available regardless of the degree of reduction in weekly working hours.
We provide monthly support of 300,000 won per person to business owners.
