운전적성정밀검사Inspection items for each inspection category according to Article 49, Paragraph 2 of the Passenger Rules and Article 18-2, Paragraph 1 of the Cargo Rules are as listed in Annex Table 1.
The measurement details of the test are as listed in Appendix 3.
Details of inspection procedures and matters necessary for corrective education shall be separately determined by the inspector and discussed with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
A person who applies for an inspection under Article 13 must pay the fee determined by the Korea Transportation Safety Authority in accordance with Article 80 of the Passenger Transport Service Act and Article 65 of the Freight Car Transport Service Act. The same applies to the issuance of certification under Article 9, Paragraphs 3 and 4.
The inspection fee under Article 19 is paid by the relevant driver in the case of new inspection and qualification maintenance inspection (in the case of cargo, it refers to qualification maintenance inspection corresponding to items a to b of Article 18-2 (2) 2 of the Cargo Rules) and special inspection. And in the case of qualification maintenance inspection (in the case of cargo, it refers to qualification maintenance inspection corresponding to items c to d of Article 18-2, paragraph 2, item 2 of the Cargo Rules), the transportation business operator to which the relevant driver belongs must bear the burden. However, the issuance of certification pursuant to Article 9 Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be borne by the relevant driver.

The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport must guide self-inspectors and conduct confirmation inspections according to facility standards at least twice a year.
In accordance with the “Regulations on the Issuance and Management of Directives, Rules, etc.,” the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall issue this notice every three years as of January 1, 2017 (referring to December 31 of each third year). In each case, the feasibility must be reviewed and measures such as improvement must be taken.
This notice comes into effect from October 28, 1998.
This notice comes into effect from April 1, 2000.
The form under the previous regulations at the time of enforcement of this regulation can be used together with the revised form until June 30, 2000.
This notice comes into effect from January 1, 2001.
At the time of enforcement of this regulation, inspection items under the previous regulations are deemed to have been implemented in accordance with the changed items.
Any person appointed as an assistant judge pursuant to the previous regulations at the time of enforcement of this regulation shall be deemed to have been appointed as a deputy judge pursuant to this notice.
The form under the previous regulations at the time of enforcement of this regulation can be used together with the revised form until December 31, 2001.
