I issued a mobile-only card, but I don’t have a physical card, so I don’t know the card number, CVC, and expiration date. Where can I check it?

Immediately after issuing a mobile-only card, a text message with instructions for using Woori Pay’s quick registration will be sent to the customer. You can check the card number, expiration date, and CVC of your mobile-only card at Woori Pay > Card Number Inquiry.

Install the Woori WON Card app > Click the link in the Woori Pay quick registration text message > Agree to the terms and conditions according to the instructions and complete the authentication process > Complete card registration > Click Woori Pay at the bottom center of the Woori WON Card app home screen > Click to check card number > When checking the card number, you can check the card number and expiration date, and additional authentication is performed to check the CVC.

I entered the card PIN or CVC incorrectly. What happens?

If you enter your card password or CVC incorrectly more than 3 times, we restrict authentication and transactions by entering your card password to ensure your safe transaction. If you clear the password error using the method below, you can authenticate and use the transaction normally.

Please tell me how to apply for reissue?

Re-issuance includes re-issuance of a lost card and re-issuance of a damaged card due to damage. In the case of re-issuance of a damaged card, the card can be used with the existing card for up to 60 days before using a new card.
