Information automatically sent from the child care system (payment request, assignment, cancellation, card approval, etc.) will be sent first through Kakao Notification Talk regardless of whether notifications are set in member information.
However, if the notification message fails to be sent, the corresponding content will be sent via SMS or LMS.
The reasons why notification message sending fails are as follows.

– If you opt out of receiving the child care service Kakao channel
– When notification talk is blocked
Part-time – basic type
Assistance with pick-up and drop-off and preparation, temporary childcare, play activities, prepared meals and snacks, etc.
Part-time – Comprehensive type
Addition of child-related housework (laundry, cleaning, cooking, etc.) to part-time – basic service
All-day system for infants
Overall infant care, including feeding baby food, sterilizing baby bottles, changing diapers, and bathing, for infants under 36 months of age.
Support for children infected with diseases
Accompaniment to hospitals and part-time general standard at-home child care services for children who cannot use facilities due to infectious diseases
Night surcharge applies from 22:00 to 6:00 a.m. the next day.
Holiday surcharge applies from 0:00 to 24:00 on weekdays, public holidays, and Labor Day.
