The post was very popular, so today is the second recommendation for a Starbucks diet drink. They say that maintaining a diet is more difficult than going on a diet, but I have experienced it myself. When dieting, you have a certain goal and you are working toward that goal, so you feel a sense of accomplishment in the meantime, and when you can see the weight loss, you are happy and exercise hard, and that’s how it happens. However, when I reach a certain level of my goal, I feel a little complacent, I feel bored because I have to keep maintaining it without decreasing it, boredom that comes from continuing to diet and exercise for a long time, etc. I think it is more difficult to maintain it. Some days, I suddenly get angry when I eat a bad meal, and I need something to help me vent whenever that happens. so! Rather than just tasteless diet drinks like the Americano and cold brew that everyone knows, we will introduce custom menus and menus that are more delicious and not high in calories!
The first Starbucks diet drink recommendation is my favorite Vanilla Cream Cold Brew. This is already famous as a diet drink because it is not high in calories even when consumed as standard. It has 125kcal based on the basic tall size. If you want lower calories, you can choose less cream base. Dolce Cold Brew is a much sweeter drink because it has a condensed milk base. Sometimes I’m stressed and I want to eat something really sweet! I also recommend Dolce Cold Brew. However, this drink has 265 calories^^…
The second Starbucks diet drink recommendation is Cafe Mocha, which seems far from diet. It may be a bit surprising that a menu with chocolate syrup is a diet drink, but if you choose non-fat milk in the personal option and omit whipped cream, you can lower the drink by 100 kcal. You can’t eat tasteless food all the time while dieting, so sometimes you need something refreshing like this. More! If you do it the way it is, it’s 290kcal! When you’re feeling low on sugar or suddenly craving chocolate, I also recommend a custom-made cafe mocha.
The third Starbucks diet drink is Espresso Frappuccino. It’s a drink that feels a bit like coffee sherbet. It’s cooler and more delicious in the summer than just espresso or Americano. A little sweetness is added, so the basic calories are 145 kcal. However, if you replace the syrup with light syrup in the personal option as shown in the photo below, it is said to be lowered by up to 118 kcal. Then, you will be able to enjoy a Frappuccino with a stronger coffee flavor.
The last one is Starbucks’ best-selling Grapefruit Honey Black Tea. Perhaps because it is a black tea drink, the basic calories are not high at 125kcal, but I find it too sweet when I drink the original. So I often order less classic syrup or omit it altogether. Then, it has a stronger grapefruit flavor rather than a syrupy flavor, making it more delicious. People who don’t like the bitter taste of grapefruit may not like it.
