· Participant of Seoul City’s “Youth Monthly Rent Support” project
· Participant in the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s “Double Hope Youth Passbook” project
· Participant in the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s “Youth Tomorrow Filling Credit” project
· Ministry of Employment and Labor’s “National Employment Support System” type 1 and 2 participants

Those expected to graduate must submit a transcript or transcript + proof of enrollment as an alternative document to prove completion of graduation credits.
* Required requirements: ① Pre-education for youth allowance participants (download brochure), ② Opening of Shinhan Bank account exclusively for youth allowance and issuance of check card
* If the 29th is a weekend/holiday, payment will be made on the previous weekday (Friday)
* If the self-activity record is not submitted by the due date, the monthly allowance will be suspended (no exceptions)
* Submit cash usage details/proof of short-term work every month during the activity record preparation period (submit every month even if the same employment contract has already been submitted)
* (Specific items: ① Housing (lease and monthly rent, housing management fees, housing-related loans), ② Living and utility expenses (electricity, gas and water bills, communication fees, health insurance premiums), ③ Education (student loans, certification and exam fees) Cash can only be used for items; cash cannot be used for other items.
* Deposit/monthly rent: Contract related to lease/monthly rent + transfer statement
* Electricity, gas, water bills, health insurance premiums, communication fees: payment bill + transfer statement
* Payment of housing-related loans and student loans: loan contract documents + transfer details
* Certification/exam application fee: admission ticket and application documents + transfer statement
The Youth Allowance Card has a clean card function, so payments cannot be made in restricted industries.
