If you no longer want to use Baemin, you can request a refund. Refunds for gift certificate balances can only be made by phone to the customer center.
The expiration date must not pass, and 60% or more of the gift certificate amount (80% or more for gift certificates under 10,000 won) must be used to request a refund for the balance.
If you received a 30,000 won gift certificate as a gift, you must use at least 18,000 won, which is 60% of the 30,000 won, in order to receive a refund of the balance.
