If you selected ‘Consent to receive text messages’ when issuing the Culture Nuri Card,

Press 2 (Balance inquiry) to confirm
▶ Check balance at NH Nonghyup Card Customer Center
Connect to Nonghyup Card Customer Center (1644-4000) >
No. 7 (Gift Card and Culture Nuri Card) >
No. 5 (Culture Nuri Card) >
Press No. 1 (Culture Nuri Card balance inquiry) to confirm
