드림스타트 사업Providing customized integrated services such as health, nutrition, education, culture, welfare, etc. by discovering project target children among vulnerable children and families, identifying problems and needs, and linking local resources.
Social investment in children in poverty generates a return effect of up to $16.1 for every $1 invested in terms of employment rate, income level, educational achievement, welfare receipt, etc. (U.S. Rand Institute, ’06)

This is a wordmark-type logo that promotes the healthy growth and development of children who meet Dream Start and move forward independently toward their dreams.
It expresses Dream Start, which provides customized integrated services to children so that they can clearly see their dreams rather than looking elsewhere by reaching out to find their own star in a place full of stars.

Dream Start’s unique colors were applied to the slogan and logotype. (Green, Orange, Mellow Apricot, Yellow)
Dreamstart’s designated font was developed as rix Bright Gulim to harmonize with the logotype to express a consistent identity.

Elementary school children aged 13 or older
Crisis intervention at the end of age review (after 12 years of age), children in need of continuous case management among intensive case management children (can be extended up to 15 years of age with the approval of case conference and local government head)
In principle, children subject to protection are excluded, but in cases where there is no appropriate delivery system in the relevant area.
Among children subject to existing case management, case management is terminated for children who have been placed under protective measures such as admission to a facility or foster care, and monitoring (post-management) is implemented.
We provide customized integrated services linked to local resources based on basic information about the target child and family and the child’s parenting environment and development information obtained through home visits.
