We provide a variety of customized services according to the needs of the elderly and support a stable retirement for the elderly through case management to reduce the risk of lonely death and suicide due to social isolation.
※ If the risk of lonely death or suicide is judged to be high, the age limit may be lowered to those aged 60 or older.
※ If the service recipient selection criteria are not met, but service provision is deemed necessary, selection is possible through the advisory committee’s approval process for exceptions to the specialized service use criteria.
