National Tomorrow Learning Card eligibility requirements

Anyone can issue a National Tomorrow Learning Card. However, there are some exclusions from support, so please make sure to check.

Excluded from support

Current public officials and private school faculty and staff

75 years or older

College students with more than 2 years left until graduation (applicable from 3rd year of college)

Self-employed person with annual sales of KRW 150 million or more

Special type workers with monthly wages of 3 million won or more

Employees of large-scale companies under the age of 45 with a monthly wage of 3 million won or more

National Tomorrow Learning Card support amount

The National Tomorrow Learning Card provides a basic subsidy of 3 million won, and some recipients receive up to 5 million won. When receiving vocational training through a specific national project, the training cost support ratio is different, but for the general public, 45-85% of the training cost is supported by the government.
