Choose View > Freeze Panes > Freeze First Column.
A faint line that appears between columns A and B shows that the first column is frozen.

Freeze the first two columns

Select the third column.

Choose View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes.

Freeze columns and rows

Select the cells to the right of the column and below the row that you want to remain visible as you scroll.

Choose View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes.

Go to View tab > Window > Unfreeze Frames.
