If you are unable to visit the accommodation due to a natural disaster or bad weather, please contact us through Yanolja’s KakaoTalk chat consultation ‘Counselor Chat’. However, you may need to submit additional documents such as a flight cancellation certificate, and it may be difficult to cancel your reservation depending on the accommodation situation.

Can minors make a reservation?
