Select School Life Record (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
Click on Issue and select Member/Non-member Application
Find School Name > Select Resident Registration Number Display and Confirm
Online Issuance Status > Check Processing Status as Completed and Save
The password for the saved PDF file is your 6-digit date of birth. If you want to print it, open the PDF file and print it.

Open the academic records file you received from My Application History > Service Application History.
Click the print button on the top right of the file and select Save as PDF to save it as a PDF file.
