Entirely revised 「Public Officials Pension Act」 (Enforced on September 21, 2018): The field related to public officials accident compensation was separated from this Act and the 「Public Officials Accident Compensation Act」 was enacted to expand the types of benefits
* : Limited to those with more than 10 years of direct service
※ For 3 and 4, the basic pension amount is calculated as 50% of the standard pension amount. (It may be reduced if the level of income property is relatively high or if both spouses receive basic pension.)
