A system in which a debtor whose arrears are credited to the National Happiness Fund uses the National Happiness Fund’s debt adjustment system to improve debt repayment conditions and repay the debt.
A debtor who has arrears with the National Happiness Fund as a creditor
If installment repayment is not faithfully performed or unreported assets are discovered, debt adjustment and tax reduction benefits are cancelled.
