eligibility for examination
There are no restrictions on academic background, age, domestic or foreigners.(However, excluding those who fall under the grounds for disqualification under the Act)

We only apply on the Internet, access the website of the licensed real estate agent for the national qualification test, and apply through a predetermined procedure.
When applying for the application, I will attach a passport photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm) taken within the last 6 months as a JPG file.
The examination fee is 13,700 won for the first round and 14,300 won for the second round, and 28,000 won for the first and second simultaneous examinations.

Examinations are conducted once a year, and the first and second tests are divided and conducted on the same day.
All exam questions are multiple choice questions.
Write the answer on the OCR card and proceed with automatic computerized scoring.
acceptance criteria
In common with the first and second exams, those who score more than 40 points in each subject and an average of 60 points or more in all subjects will be passed based on a perfect score of 100 points in each subject.
Those who fail the first exam cannot take the second exam.
Those who pass the first examination will be exempted from the first examination in the next examination.

Successful applicants shall be posted one month after the examination through the website of the licensed real estate agent of the National Qualification Examination.
