① Application period: 2024. 5. 2 (Thu) 09:00 to 6. 7 (Fri) 23:59
※ Only the final submission completion, in which the application date is indicated as the application deadline (6. 7), is recognized on the reception system
※ If the deadline for online applications is imminent, unexpected system failures may occur due to congestion of users, so please apply in advance.
② How to apply: Online application (PC and mobile)
※ Completion and submission of one online application per interview (required evidence attached for each case)
③ Persons eligible for support: Young people aged 18 to 39 in Gyeonggi-do (born January 1, 1984 to December 31, 2006 and residing in Gyeonggi-do on resident registration as of the date of application)
※ Before participating in the project, make sure to check the qualifications for application and selection. (Notice and FAQ required)
2024 Gyeonggi-do Youth Interview Allowance FAQ
④ Contents of support: Support for local currency of up to 500,000 won per person per year (one interview is 50,000 won, up to 10 selections)
⑤ Payment method: Payment in Gyeonggi-do local currency of the desired use area stated in the application form
※ The area using local currency cannot be changed after selection, so please check it before final submission.
※ For non-regional currency subscribers (first-time users) in the area who applied, payment can be made only after completing the preliminary procedures for using the local currency (application download, membership registration, regional selection, card registration, etc.). In order to prevent delays in payment of allowances, it is recommended to complete the registration of using local currency immediately after checking the selection through the Jabba Apply-My Page.

Qualification for application
1. Applicants can apply only when all of the following requirements are met. (If the requirements are not met, selection is not processed.)
① [Age] Young people aged 18 to 39 as of the year of implementation (2024)
※ People born on January 1, 1984 to December 31, 2006, can apply regardless of their age as of the date of application.
② [Residence] Youth whose address on the resident registration card as of the date of application is Gyeonggi-do
③ [Interview Date] A young man who took an interview to get a job after January 1, 2024
※ Interviews with job seekers located outside of Gyeonggi-do and overseas companies, and interviews with short-term jobs (less than 30 hours a week) are also eligible for application, regardless of whether they are accepted or not
※ In the case of “interview conducted by phone, text, or Kakao Talk”, it is excluded from the application
※ Retroactive application for interviews in December 2023 is possible only for the first round of recruitment
<For retrospective applications for interviews in December 2023>
1. Age, place of residence: same as above
2. Interview: Person who took an interview for employment in December 2023
3. Retroactive applicants can apply only during the first recruitment period in 2024 (However, there must be a remaining amount of the applicant’s valid application for the 2023 interview allowance (maximum 10 times))
2. If it is not subject to application (subject to application exception, unselected processing)
① Participation in similar and overlapping projects (as of the date of application) and interviews with local public officials in Gyeonggi-do
If you are receiving unemployment benefits
Where they are participating in the Gyeonggi Women’s Employment Support Fund
Where he/she is participating in a similar project, such as a project to support transportation expenses for young job seekers (Suwon City Government Card, etc.)
Where he/she has taken an open interview for local public officials/career competition organized by Gyeonggi-do, the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education, or the Gyeonggi-do Council
※ If you do not participate in similar or duplicate projects (you can apply)
Where he/she is participating in the basic income for youth in Gyeonggi-do
Where he/she is participating in a project to support transportation expenses for juveniles in Gyeonggi-do
Participation in the national employment support system
Where participating in the Gyeonggi-do Youth Workers Support Project (Youth Welfare Points, Small and Medium Enterprise Workers Support Project)
② If it’s not a job interview
Interviews conducted at workplaces, etc. where the family is represented, such as a lineal ascendant or spouse, etc
Interview to participate in various education or training courses
Interview to receive a salary in exchange for non-employment activities (credit recognition connection, mentor selection, etc.)
If it falls under the document screening or competency test (AI competency test) conducted online before and after the interview
In a case where it is confirmed in response to an interview for the purpose of allowance even though there is no intention to work
Where it is impossible to admit that he/she has been interviewed for employment due to other social norms
※ If the expression of the interview screening is ambiguous or cannot be confirmed in the submitted recruitment notice, the interview screening may be conducted and the applicant may participate in the recruitment company, and if the content is not confirmed by the company, it may not be selected.
※ If it is confirmed that documents such as interview confirmation are prepared and submitted arbitrarily or falsely for the purpose of allowance, or that evidence has been forged or altered, it is not selected (if confirmed after selection, cancellation of selection and recovery of allowance) and punishment may be made according to relevant laws and regulations

Application for an online application system (no door-to-door application, mail or e-mail application)
① Receipt: Jabba Apply ※ PC/Mobile available
② After registering and logging in to the Jobba Application, confirming that the name (real name) and mobile phone number are correct, click Support Project – “2024 Youth Interview Allowance in Gyeonggi-do” → “Apply.”
③ Follow the instructions on the application page to complete and submit an online application in the order below.
④ The applicant cannot modify or cancel the online application after the final submission, so be sure to check the contents of the application and the attached documents before submission. (Recommendation to use the temporary storage function)
⑤ You can check the contents of the application temporarily saved and finally submitted and the selection result from the Jabba Application – My Page – Application Status.
